Making an appointment ahead of time ensures that you aren’t kept waiting any longer than necessary. Saturdays and summer months tend to be especially busy, so appointments are highly recommended.

The amount of time it takes for pet grooming varies by breed and service, but you can usually plan on it taking up to 1 and a half to 2 and a half hours
Will my pet be caged?
For your pets safety they will be kept in separate cages, We keep cage time as minimal as possible and there is always someone on hand to watch your pets
Will my pets be kenneled with other pets?
No each pet will have their own cage; pets from the same home may be kenneled together if requested by the pets’ parent.
Why aren’t prices listed for dog grooming and bathing?
Prices are based on breed, condition of coat and time taken to complete the service. While we can do our best to provide an approximate price range over the phone, you’ll get the most accurate quote if we can assess your pet in person.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, we do groom cats at specific time’s normally first appointments; please contact us to enquire when will be the best time to groom your cat.
Can I stay and wait my pet be groomed?
You are welcome to stay and wait but for the safety of pets, however, we don’t allow Pet Parents to assist with grooming or stay in the kennel or bathing area.
Will my pet be sedated?
We do not sedate pets, and we do not accept pets that have been sedated. If your dog or cat has been known to have a strong behavioral reaction to grooming or bathing, please advise us when dropping off. If a pet does not cooperate and is uncomfortable and aggravated by the process, we might end the session – but we will never sedate your pet.
